Disgusting Service
This is the 3rd day that I have continuously called to no avail. I made a complaint on this site at around 9:30am and was told to email them regarding the problem.
It’s going to 3:00pm and yet no one has delivered my books or responded to the several emails being sent.
This is so unprofessional and utter *******. From your customer care to your supervisors, all are beyond ***********!!!!
It is now 3:00pm and I have yet to receive a reply. I responded at 9:00am and yet 6 hours later you still could not get a response?
