Disgusting service

It is with utter disappointment i was supposed to receive my package yesterday last week i was told at 8 came to work early when my shift was starting 4 hours later coz my package will be arriving at 8 waiting till i had to call at 12 to check where is the driver was out on hold for 30 minutes with no feedback called again at 3 still the same only to receive a call at 4 telling me driver had a delay they will deliver today same thing happened even today no one is calling i constantly need to call and to be put on hold for what i don’t know i didn’t apply for that package because i was bored it’s for my work purposes now how am i expected to continue when i don’t even know where and what time or which day will my package reach me what service is this
