DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service!

The staff at DSV have no idea how to deal with a customer. Everytime I phone, I get told something different. 4 different stories in an hour???

Nobody has answered calls since 11am this morning, my email enquiry sent yesterday morning has not even been answered?

Pathetic.

The tracking service is also useless - been the same since the 28th of Nov.

Come on guys, you want to play with the big boys, take your punishment or pull out completely because thousands of people are disappointed with the stinking service!
