Disgusting
I am very disgusted. I am awaiting delivery from MTN via DSV and was scheduled to receive my parcel this morning at 10:30. Never happened so I called at 13:48 just to be told that the drivers device is not working. Surely you guys must have spare devices at the warehouse? So had I not phoned, I would have never known that I would not receive my parcel today. Based on ratings from Hellopeter, it seems that DSV is full of excuses when it comes to deliver parcels. MTN should maybe consider using a more reliable courier service.
