Disgusting Courier drivers

Good day, I would like to lay a complaint against your courier drivers who delivered a parcel(Tracking nr - RUNWS***5) to my friend. They called her this morning, saying she must meet them at the school as they cannot locate her address which is utter nonsense, anyway she walked to the school got the parcel and then they wanted her to get in the van and show them where she lives. She refused. This is shocking. Please sort it out. The parcel was for Alvina but I requested it to be delivered to Marion (The Lady who met the Courier at the school). I want feedback regarding this matter immediately as it is unacceptable.
