DISGUSTING & APPALLING service, zero respect for clients. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Disappointed! Appalling! Disrespected! DSV Mounties division should teach their delivery team,specifically Sifiso Vundla how to treat customers with respect and represent his company well. His conduct has shown how much he has no respect at all for his company's clients and would tarnish the company name through his conduct at any given day or time. I am extremely disappointed in FNB as well for choosing such a company that has a delivery team that goes around disrespecting it's clients and talks them any how, I don't take unprofessionalism well especially from a person who is suppose to represent his company well. I am not surprised at all going through your company's reviews and actually seeing that I am not the only one who is appalled and disappointed at your delivery team's attitude towards us. If they don't wish to do deliveries then find people who will take pride in their work with a smile and who are actually professional, not these people who seemed to be forced to do their job and give us bad service. DSV Mounties division MUST do something about their delivery staff and stop giving us nonsense service through them, it's very unprofessional and it's enough as it is that your brand name / company has been tarnished
