Disgusted in DSV

Most pathetic service. Scheduled an delivery last Wednesday. No one pitched between scheduled time. When i called, i was on the line for 30 minutes. No one could get hold of the driver. Thursday they gave me a call saying sorry the parcel was handed to the wrong driver. They will now deliver Monday June 19th between 13:00 and 15:00. Just received a message that it was rescheduled again. When i called they said that they will call me back as they have no answers for me now! We just have to say ok it is fine? Do as you please? No way!!!!!! You can not have a business if this is your way of managing it. I have to start paying for the parcel by the end of this month? I had no use for it because you did not deliver as scheduled? I had to move appointments to fit in with your time! Unacceptable!!!
