Disgusted at services!!!

A gentleman, well his not a gentleman, delivered a package for our CEO at our workplace, we as staff was unaware of the delivery, the CEO was in a very important meeting at the time, when i went to open the door for him he already had a attitude, for I dont know what as i was nice to him, he asked me if he could see the CEO i said his in a meeting will he be able to wait 10 min he had an attitude and said no why this and that, I then asked ok what is it and can i sign for it he then again said no its a bank card, i then said well what can i do, he shouted and said just bring the ID, i asked if a copy would be ok he said ja wena, i printed a copy of the ID, and my colleague then took it to him as i could not deal with his attitude and he shouted at my colleague and didnt even leave a deliver note, she told him his rude and he said hey futjek wena!!! I am disgusted
