Disgraceful service
Bad experience I would like MTN to change their courier services Their (DSV) stuff are *********** and Domkops they had me wait for over 15 - 20min while being transferred to booking department
So I had to hang up the call and call again To waste another 23min of my life
I was transferred to a lady by the name of Hlengiwe That’s when she got to book a parcel for me
I just wanna see the person who’ll deliver the parcel to me coz ey I think it’s a Takalani Sesame
