Discovery Dsv Road

If I could give zero stars that would be best for them. I had informed the agent who arranged delivery date that when the driver get to the boom gate they should request for me as I would not be able to have my phone on hand. After received missed call I contacted the driver and who said he was never informed that he needs to request when at the gate.. as much as that would be common sense let's leave that. The driver then promised to return and delivery the card before end of shift which was at one it is now nine thirty pm and no one has made any effort to update regarding my package. Does this now mean I now have to chase? Driver refused to give me his name, this service is terrible I highly doubt this is the agreement and service level that Discovery signed up for.
