Disappointing service
I have been waiting for my Unisa study material for the past 5 days!!!!! I have Unisa assignments due today the 12th and tomorrow the 13th.
I have been calling the call center requesting for this material to no success.
No courier has called me to inform me of the delay i am the one doing the consistent follow ups.. this is utterly poor service.

I called back after seeing a missed call from this number *** , i subsequently called back around 15:59 and spent around 11 minutes trying to get a resolve to my issue safe to say it's still pending.
My assignment submission is closing tonight and i still don't have my study material! I have received no update whatsoever on when i should be getting them .. I have called your call center twice over the past two dates, please check the notes made on the calls received for this reference :***
Your own site stated that i was supposed to receive my books on the 5th of march its now the 12th it even states that you are behind schedule.. It's disappointing that i had to struggle to this extent for a simple delivery of study material.
Kindly please explain to me how are you going to resolve this issue if i don't get delivery of my books today ? Because i am sitting in a position where i cannot submit my assignment which means i have now missed submission due to disappointing service from your end?
Missing this submission means that i have automatically been disqualified from exams for this specific module, i would like to know how this would be resolved by you and your team.
