Disappointing Service

Very disappointed with service. Sent a package from DBN to Grahamstown on Monday midday and to daye the package has not been delivered. Driver **** that he called recipient several times after which package was taken back to PE. The recipient sent me her call log as proof no calls were received from DSV. Spoke to manager of DSV yesterday he promised to sort out....nothing yet....wouldn't trust them enough to use them again.
