Disappointed (Never miss a DSV Call or your order will be delayed)

Bad service. I missed their morning call, the line they called with is unavailable and I called in 2 times and got transferred by 3 departments before I got to the delivery department and all I want to do is arrange a delivery date.

I requested a callback for the first call cause every time I was transferred to the delivery department I wait for about 10 minutes and at some point they ask if you want a callback. I did that at 10am till now (3pm) I got nothing I even sent a contact form message on their website.. still nothing.
