Disappointed :(

I have phone and spoken to one of the consultants last week, they said they will phone me back, i am still waiting. PAK2D***9, if i track this parcel it going forward and back, tomorrow will be the 6th day, so please be ensure to deliver this parcel. I have used you for my business quite a long time ago, and was very happy with the service i received. This time i am not so happy. 1. Your consultants is not phoning me back as promised. 2. Parcel going forwards and backwards. 3. Me holding more than 30 min on you *** and still don't have answers on the parcel. I am really disappointed in the service I am receiving this time.
