Disappointed
This is really unacceptable. My package should've been delivered today 13th July between 08:00 and 10:00. Around 11:00 the courier called me I've send him a pin location because he couldn't get my address. Everytime i called him he had excuses on excuses around 16:00 i called him again he wanted to deliver my package tomorrow on the 14th July where i told him no. It's now 17:53 and still no package and he doesn't answer me. I will open a case against you and the driver.
