On the 18th of December 2024 between 2pm and 4pm I was expecting a cellphone delivery from MTN via DSV. The delivery failed and we made arrangements with MTN that the phone would be redelivered today the 23rd of December. I waited for the DSV person to arrive until now, no communication no phone
