Disappointed
I have phoned the east London branch several times yesterday to find out where my parcel is and when will it be delivered and every time the lady tells me they will phone me back in 10 mins to this time I have not received a phone call back. You sit and wait almost 20 minutes before they actually answer. very disappointed
