These fools have been instructed by there consigner mtn to deliver my parcel manually last week and they say that they still not instructed as yet. How very pathetic. I have wasted my time relentlessly calling and I have been told still investigating. They have become now police's not a delivery company. Come on guys Do what you have been instructed to do. Don't be dumb.

It would really be nice to get feedback from the regional manager who can answer our questions..
