My god, these people are mental. They ask you for a convenient time to call via message or whattsapp. They do call but never in the 'desired' time, my MTN has already sent me a notification of date and time for delivery, yet DSV Road still insists I have to arrange a delivery time amd adress with them. What the ****?

12 Dec 2024, 12:05After arranging a delivery date and time with MTN(where I've got 3 ongoing contracts). The driver finally showed up. Not the brightest person in my opinion. He insist i need to give proof of residence with ID, and copy and ontop I need to sign personally. This is not for him(DSV, it is required for MTN). What a load of ****. Thank you but no thank you. Worst courier company to date.
