Delivery took more than expected and in my home radius
Delivery took more than expected and in my home radius. The driver deliberately passed for consecutive days and I had to literally walk in the depot to collect my parcel. This is unacceptable and unfair as I missed out on important tasks and assignments because of the unnecessary delay
