Delivery time gone past and no delivery.

I placed an order with mtn a few days ago and yesterday dsv contacted me too state delivery will be done on the 11th of November and everything was confirmed. Then an agent called me again and said it could be delivered today 07 Nov 2025 I said that's fine it can be delivered today. She then said it will be delivered today between 9am-12pm latest. I have waited from 9am-12pm and there's still no delivery nor any correspondence from the driver. As they said driver will call 20-30min prior to delivery. Do they expect us too wait around the entire day this is utter bull****. I am only available till 4pm today. Why can't they stick too the initial delivery times this is nonsense. Pathetic service.
