Delivery services sucks

This company's service sucks big time. They call on your cellphone. I don't know if they think that working people sit and wait on their cellphones for them to call you. But when you miss the call and return their call they politely promise to phone you and then never call back. For a delivery services they think they're doing you a favour. The companies using DSV for delivery should definitely consider changing their delivery services.
