Delivery query

Very bad service terrible infact. Because I was supposed to receive my package yesterday between 1pm and 3pm and the driver was supposed to call me 30 minutes before they arrive. So when I noticed that the time I decided to give them a call because the delivery address I chose it is my work. Tried to tell the lady who assisted me that your driver is running late and I'm going to leave half 3. Then she put me on hold for more than 15 minutes trying to get ahold of the driver then suddenly the phone was dropped. Then the driver only called me at16:05 when I was on a bus going home. When I told him he also just dropped the phone phone on me. Even today I tried to call them but no help. This is my last time using your services.🤬😡
