Delivery of parcel

The reason I am giving DSV only one star is because they make you feel like a ********. I mean they are going to deliver my package tomorrow . Now they want proof adress now do you proof that if live in n block of flats above a shopping centre with prepaid electricity. Secondly if you show you're original I'd hook to them why do they still need a copy of you're I'd. Lastly why do they want bank statements while that is something the company wich have purchase from should have require before approving the purchase. No no this is unacepptable. I can give them a copy of my Id but not prove of resident it's very difficult if live in a block of flats above a shopping centre with very tight security that does not allow anyone in the building accept the residents which must open up the security gate after they called the particular person to come down stairs to receive the parcel. But the courier services doesn't understand that or simply refuse to understand that. Can please advise me on what to do?
