Delivery of my phone uncertain

I ordered a phone from mtn last week,to be delivered by dsv. The reason why i ordered the phone it is because it came with a promo special from huawei for the first 6000 customers.I called dsv today to ask when my order will be delivered so that i can claim my promo from Huawei.The answer i got was sometime this week depending on the availability of the drivers.Now on their website its written local delivery is within 1-3 days. I am in Pretoria which i know thats very close to their branch.Now i have to wait for sometime this week of which i do not it is when until the promo which is the reason why i ordered my phone runs out.Going through the reviews of dsv i see incompetence is what they are known for. My reference number is ********** 273 My cellphone number is ********** . I truly hope to get the date of delivery which i hope is very soon.So i do not lose on the promo which has a value of about r4000.
