Delivery of my phone uncertain

I ordered my huawei p30 from mtn last week.Reason why i ordered this phone its because they are running a promo where you get accessories worth about r4000.The next day mtn dispatched my order to dsv.Now i call dsv today to ask when they will make the delivery so that i will claim my promo since its only given to the first 6000 customers,they say sometime this week Which for me can be Friday for all i know.When i asked the lady to be specific she said it depends on the availability of drivers in my area.Now thats not a nice thing that a customer wants to hear.I stamd to lose the very thing that made me order the phone because of availabilty or non availabilty of drivers.When i took to HelloPeter to see how good the service of dsv is,all i see are bad reviews. They wrote on their website local delivery take 1-3 days.But that seems not to be the case.
