Delivery not fulfilled

My order was supposed to be delivered, but without any prior contact from the driver no call, no message, nothing. To my shock, I later discovered that the parcel had been handed over to someone named "Sam". This raises serious concerns about security and verification procedures how could a signed-for or addressed parcel end up with the wrong person? On top of that, I've sent multiple emails inquiring about the status and requesting assistance, but I've received zero responses. No acknowledgment, no updates, no apologies just silence.
