Delivery not done
I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. I called them The promised last week until now, all they do if I call them they escalate and get emails matter has been escalated even the matter is escalated to will escalate, I don’t whether they will escalate until it reaches sky. Poor service ever
