Delivery keeps failing!! Zero communication nor help!
My parcel has failed to be delivered the entire week. I have called every single day to find out where it is yet the only thing they can say, if it's not delivered by 17:00, it'll be delivered the next day. DSV Mounties have my parcel now according to the Client Zone but they couldn't be bothered to answer their phones! You were given the incorrect cell number, I called to correct that PLUS gave you an additional number but still nothing. The latest failure was today after an unsuccessful visit... I received NO call. I sent an email, zero response from that either!
