Delivery guy full of nonsense

I bought books from Protea and selected UTi for deliver because i was impressed by their previous service. To my horror on the 3 July i got a call from a deliver guy who asked me where i am i told him and he told he doesn't know where i am talking about and he is at Florida. Tried givinghim directions to my place and he just said to me the place i am talking about is far he won't come ot i can meet him at Clear Water mall to collect my stuff. I mean really what is the use of paying of delivery if i have to go collect and be told my place is far. For that matter He was actually 15 minutes away from my house. I tefused to go to clear water and next thing when i tracked my parcel it was returned to branch. What a nonsense driver, so disappointed that after paying for a swrvice i get this. Never will i use UTi
