Delivery fully booked
Received confirmation from mtn that my parcel was ready for collection on Wednesday. Friday morning still no tracking number received from DSV. Phone the helpline and it seems like they are in possession of the parcel as they could arrange delivery. Thus my parcel is lying with them but apparently they are fulle booked. Now I have to wait another week before my parcel can be delivered after it was said within 3 working days.
