Delivery department

Hi, Iam very very disappointed with dsv courier department, I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday at Montana Pretoria and they told me the delivery is scheduled between 14:00 and 16:00 but guess what I didn't receive my parcel and neither no call I received for update. They don't treat customers serious and I gave them the time frame whether they deliver today before 12 o'clock or else I will cancel the order and I will call MTN to cancel my phone contract also.
