Delivery Delay/Denied
I have made an order via Makro and the courier came to deliver on Thursday (24/11/2022) at my work place. On that day I informed them to come on Friday (25/11/2022) which they agreed. I waited the whole with no delivery, only to find out that the delivery personnel has written that they did not find me, though I received no call from them as per how they did on Thursday.
On Monday the 28th, I called again to inquire and was promised that the guy who deals with makro delivery will contact me in two hours (turn around time) which he did not. I'm still waiting even now for my order. I used to hold DSV high as one of the best courier company in the country, but after this ordeal, I have changed my mind.
