Delivery date on system were 11 December, received it on the 14
Delivery date on system were 11 December, received it on the 14. 1st time I phoned they told me I would get my parcel on the 13 2nd time I phoned, after holding for 12 minutes the phone were dropped in my ear 3rd I emailed, received confirmation that it will be delivered 14. Overall bad experience.
