Delivery and RICA concerns

I first had the unpleasant experience of having to wait for my delivery from the 27th of September because the said time they give you is never honored.

Then after a long wait I received my delivery on 22 Oct 2024, handed over my documents expecting the RICA process to be initialized and completed by DSV. I did my biometrics and it was successful, my documents were taken and the delivery guy said it is good.

Fast forward to 24 Oct 2024, I have been trying to use my device. It says RICA barred. I call DSV they say it shows successful on their side ? as the consultant said. I call MTN they explain they have to escalate the matter to DSV because it shows as unsuccessful

I do not think it is fair that I have to wait, both companies are expecting me to leave my work and go in store to sort something out that they should have done from the onset. If it doesnt rica why ask for my documents ? why even request for my biometric scan

I am so angry with this courier company and its services
