Delivery a no show. What a joke.

The irritation and frustration for the delivery of my parcel.

Your consultant confirmed the delivery time today, between 12:00 -14:00. At 14:30, I called to check on what is happening. I was told I will be called within few minutes. Then I call again with my airtime at 16:15 to enquire on what is happening with my parcel. I was on hold for 30 minutes, the only thing I got, from the lady I spoke to that they are in Johannesburg and they can't get hold of anyone in the Port Elizabeth branch, however they would call me in few minutes. What a joke. The time was 16:36, and knowing that the branch closes at 17:00. I was on hold until 16:50, and I decided to drop the phone, as I saw the lady (your consultant) was just playing with me and my airtime was getting finished.

Yhooo shame.
