Delivery

I am here because i am a very angry customer,DSV couriers recieved my mtn package last week friday the 26 of July and they are not willing to deliver it to me, i have been calling and calling they are transferring to one department to another and the reason i am calling i have bad experience with them,they were suppose to deliver my fnb card in May and even now i still don't have my card..i believe they are a big company because they are working with these big companies they just don't give a damn, they promised to deliver my phones yesterday but until now nothing they sent an sms saying i must contact them and i know i will not get any answers for calling them and right now i don't know what to do i am thinking of cancelling the whole thing to MTN
