Delivering packages is their side hustle

I'm only rating them a 1 because 0 is not possible. They have poor communication. You do not call me to let me know my delivery is out or that you've arrived. Instead I received a message saying I was not available to receive my order, TWICE!! I had to call the call center the 1st time to ask for assistance but the same thing happened again.

Your service is such an inconvenience and absolutely terrible and you need to do a lot to change it. You ruin shopping experiences. It doesn't not take a lot of effort to call a customer and let them know that you are outside.
