Deliver my study materials!!!

I am beyond frustrated with the repeated and vague response that my parcel is "out for delivery." It has been almost a month, and I still have not received my study materials. The level of professionalism displayed in handling this matter is absolutely shocking.

The academic calendar has already started, yet I am still waiting. At this rate, I might as well expect my materials in the second semester—or even in 2026! If you have no intention of delivering them, at least have the decency to inform me instead of keeping me in limbo.

I demand a clear and immediate update on when I will receive my materials. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I expect a resolution without any further excuses.
