Delayed Order

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 19th December 2024 as per DSV's website, this obviously didn't happen. I was then told that the package will be delivered on 23 or latest 24 December 2024 which also didn't happen. My complaint was forwarded to Hilda Huma who forwarded it to Summaya Marie for investigation. None of these people returned my calls when I tried to contact them. My order has still not be delivered and it seems as if DSV is giving me the cold shoulder at the moment. I guess the lesson here is not to ask a courier company when your order will be delivered but rather sit at home for 5 days straight and wait to see if they will deliver. I had deliveries from other courier companies in the past and none of them was as pathetic as DSV... with over 2500 one star reviews on Hello Peter alone just show how much they care about their clients.
