DELAYED DELIVERY / NO STARS!!!
<p>I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR UNISA STUDY MATERIAL FOR 2 WEEKS. AFTER TRACKING THE PARCEL MYSELF I FIND THAT ITS BEEN AT THE CAPE TOWN DEPOT SINCE 20 JANUARY 2017. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY IT HASNT BEEN DELIVERED YET. EVERYTIME I PHONE I AM TOLD TO CALL CAPE TOWN BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO ANSWER THE PHONE THERE. MEANWHILE I HAVE ASSIGNMENTS TO SUBMIT BUT CANNOT BECAUSE I AM WAITING ON THE COURIERS. </p>
