delay on study on material

I have been patiently waiting for my study material to arrive but all my patience is gone now.I've tried calling uti no one seems to answer their phone...This is soooooo insane...this is the worst service ever.....can you please get someone to contact me as I need my material asap...I have an assignment due next week....yes next week..I need to study and then work on my assignments before I submit them....
