Delay in delivery
I have ordered my phone from MTN and they used DSV the courier company. Apparently they delivered the phone on friday and returned it cause I could not answer my phone after they called once. When I got a missed call from them I immediately called them and it took me 30 minutes to get through to the delivery department can you imagine , they said they will call me back to arrange the delivery but I'm still waiting. I called again today at around 9/8 am and it took me more than 30 minutes to get through again and they told me the delivery department had some technical issues they will call as soon as they fix the problem but i'm still waiting. This is totally unacceptable !!!
