Death Claim Funds

I do not believe how you can do this to my family. My late father worked for this company till the day of death. And now there is funds that are out but the company is refusing to give it to us. The funds are already with alaxender forbes but no-one wants to sign the forms. Is it my fault that you can not find my father's record. Am really ****ed because my brother is not working working and he can use the funds.. I want the CEO to call me because i do not see us coming to any agreement towards. Since they have send the forms to you guys on the 18/09/2015 to make a decision no-one is coming back to alexander forbes. My father's id number is *** and you can contact me on this numbers *** if you need anything from me. Just send the documents through to alexander forbes thus all. Am really not interested to deal with you. You were very rude from the begining. I wonder what kind of service you provide to you client if you deal with employees kids like this....
