Damaged parcel - smashed contents

<p>I received a parcel with a gift from Shoprite Head Office which was delivered yesterday. SUBCD ********** 9 delivered bt UTI Sun Couriers. The security guard at my town house complex received it as it was during office hours.</p> <p>The contents was broken - not cracked. It was smashed completely due to an obvious fall. It was packed very securely in bubble wrap. I took photos of the state of the contents.</p> <p>I'm utterly disappointed the service of UTI Sun Couriers. They got paid for a service that they did not provide successfully. It should have been clear that a parcel that was dropped to the extent that the contents is utterly destroyed, should be inspected and not delivered.</p> <p>I logged a complaint about their service with Shoprite.</p>
