Damage to customer property and no accountability

Two weeks ago a package from UNISA was delivered to my house by DSV Centurion. Their *********** driver (registration number DJ 57 RF GP) reversed right into my pot plant at my place of residence. The pot plant was severely damaged. The driver named T. A Ramantswana gave me the company contact details including his and told me to contact his manager Kenneth Bochelo. I have been calling the company on ********** asking for Kenneth who conveniently is never available when I call. I've left countless messages for him with the reception but he has not returned my call ever since. In the past week the driver who damaged my property called me to get my details claiming that he is going to get a case number so as to claim from the insurance and they will contact me. It's now over a week and no one has contacted me, not even to reassure me and acknowledge as a company that they take responsibility. Rhis mornibg i tried to call tge driver T A Ramantswana abd he responded by sating that he has done what he neeed to by going to the Garsfontein police station and there is nothing he can do about it so i must just leave hom alone. Sothis is how they treat their customers it means they are aware that their drivers are reckless and that is why they don't want to be held accountable. How then do you trust such a company to transport goods when they employ such reckless drivers who damage tell customers property. Should such a company be allowed to operate on our roads? I am very angry and frustrated especially because I am being ignored busy. I am busy wasting my airtime calling people who are not willing to assist, so what us the point of the driver even giving me a ring details if they know nothing is going to be done.
