<p>I'm a fustrated and angry unisa Student due to the fact that I have been emailing and calling through to find out where my unisa parcel is and no one seems to take my matter seriously. The parcel was signed for and never delivered. I was sent proof of delivery and I called the other students on that list and they also did not received their study material on the date that the parcel are signed for. The lady that I assume is the driver keeps calling on sundays asking us to go meet up with her to collect the parcels. I want my parcel delivered to the addressI have on the system. This is ***** on another level and no one seems to care about this misconduct and the mere fact that I have assignment deadlines and exams coming up soon and need my parcel. I cannot believ that I have been trying to find out what happened to my parcel for over a week now. This is pathetic and absolutely a disgrace.</p>
