Craig Nieuwoudt is a Super Customer Hero

I did my upgrade of my MTN contract online which I might add was nightmare as I had been pushed from pillar to post trying to track my device. I was then put in contact with a super star Craig Nieuwoudt at the Cape Town division. Craig you pulled out all the stops for me showing me that customer service is still alive as I was about to explode with anger and frustration. Dsv you have a gem on your hands, Craig and team keep up the great work. I went from wanting to cancel my contract to smiling all in a days work for you I guess. Well done. MTN owes you big time
