Courier did not bother to deliver or phone

UTI Couriers were requested to deliver a parcel with products for a cancer patient from a supplier in Muizenburg to my office in Clubview, Centurion - Order was paid including courier fees, and dispatched on 9 Dec 2015 and delivery requested for 11 Dec, or 14 Dec, before 2 pm in the afternoon. <br> <br> After phoning and e-mailing several times on 14 Dec 2015 - the answer received from UTI was \ confirmed with the driver and he advised that he's not able to find number 53 at Marinda Street that is why he left this parcel behind so the floor can confirm with you"<br> <br> No-body from UTI even bothered to phone me - The sign on the wall outside the property is 2m wide by 2 m high - clearly displaying the street number.
