Continous bad service
After a previous complaint to the service provider I received a call from HO and they assured me they will attend to the complaint and resolve the issue.
Several weeks later I am still sitting with exactly the same problem and no action was taken. This company is not reliable in any way, honestly I don't know how they are still in business.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and would rather choose to do business with a more reliable service provider.
The management is to blame for the problems because they fail to identify and resolve issues.
